These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and PG Games ("PG Games," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the PG Games website located at pggames.bet, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

PG Games is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for the Pakistani market. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). To register and maintain an account with PG Games, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PG Games strictly prohibits the use of our Platform by anyone under the age of 18. We use age verification procedures as part of our KYC process and will close any account discovered to belong to a minor.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities and artificial persons may not register accounts on the Platform.

• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a responsible gaming restriction, whether imposed by PG Games or by any other gaming operator, that covers the type of activity you wish to undertake on the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of PG Games or any of its affiliate companies.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility criteria are and remain satisfied at all times during which you maintain an account with PG Games. We reserve the right to request documentation confirming eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be verified.

To access the services offered by PG Games, you are required to register an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact information and any other information we request. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

One Account Policy: Each player may hold only one PG Games account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or through shared devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. PG Games will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account arising from your failure to maintain password security. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: PG Games is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000 or where our risk systems flag a review. KYC documents typically required include:

• A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC
• Proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account in your name)

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

All deposits on the PG Games platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are available for deposits:

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. PG Games will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match your registered account name, it will be returned minus any applicable transaction fees and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests at PG Games are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. If this is not possible, our support team will work with you to identify a suitable alternative. All withdrawals are processed in PKR.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Standard processing time: Under 3 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash; up to 4 business hours for bank IBFT transfers
• KYC requirement: Full KYC verification must be completed for withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000 per transaction or Rs 1,00,000 cumulative per month
• Withdrawal fees: PG Games does not charge withdrawal fees on any method

PG Games reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual in size, frequency, or pattern relative to the player's historical activity. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be held for up to 72 hours. Players will be notified if a review is initiated.

PG Games offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. The following general bonus principles apply to all PG Games promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. PG Games reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, payment method, or geographic location.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. • PG Games reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk staking strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or providing false information.
• Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, any remaining bonus balance and winnings generated from the bonus will be forfeited and the withdrawal will be processed from the real money balance only.

All games offered on the PG Games platform operate according to their respective game rules as determined by the game provider. Each game displays its rules within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules before playing.

• Exploiting bugs, errors, or loopholes in any game or the Platform for financial advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void
• Colluding with other players in any poker, Teen Patti, or multiplayer game format
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds for any illegal purpose
• Making chargebacks through your bank or payment provider after deposits have been used for gaming activity
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration, KYC, or during any transaction
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law
• Attempting to manipulate PSL Betting markets or any other sports betting markets offered on the Platform

All content on the PG Games platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of PG Games or its game provider partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without our express prior written permission.

On voluntary account closure by the player, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method after standard verification procedures are completed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PG Games shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or gaming winnings resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruption
• Incorrect information provided during account registration
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security

PG Games' total liability to any player in connection with the Platform, to the extent any liability exists, shall not exceed the amount of the player's real money deposits in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
